Finally getting to know our company website! This our pics from our first rehab completed last fall and sold early January 2020. This was the first of three properties sold within a 5 month period. What a way to start out the New Year! Although 1 of those 3 properties was our primary home due to us moving to Texas, we still had to juggle all 3! This one was alot of fun and a previous rental of ours, new paint, flooring, and cosmetic repairs. The project went very well and we loved this home!
