Holy smokes this month has been active, at one point we had 3 properties under contract, 1 fell out, we backed out of another when we found major foundation problems, and then something magical happened. Right at the end of the month we met a excellent Realtor/Wholesaling company right here in Austin. Networth Realtor, definately will give this group of professionals a 5-star review. Daniel quickly found us a great deal on a large single family in the active town of Round Rock, Texas. There has been lots of learning happening with my wife and I these past couple years. But now “finally” we will start having some fun!
